Living in sunny Dubai means missing out on many holidays and celebrations we’d normally spend with our families. For me, as an expat, Mother’s Day is something I always make sure to remember—although sometimes it is a last-minute dash!!

This year, I am lucky as my mum is visiting me just before the UK Mother’s Day (mark your calendars: UK Mother's Day is on the 30th of March!) so I will be sure to treat her to some lovely gifts from Heart Cottage Lane and a pamper day in a spa!
